Sheet Metal Worker

Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanair’s technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport, Lithuania. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced simultaneously in our two hangars. KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely.

Position based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Duties:

✈ Maintenance of Boeing 737-800 servicing for the Part-145 organization.

✈ Using technology of joining and processing materials, i.e. grinding, drilling, riveting, bending, spinning, anti-corrosion protection.

✈Using workshop equipment for sheet metal repairs: bending machine, guillotine, drill, grinder.

✈ Working on the aircraft: working for the most suitable repair solutions in accordance with the documentation and their implementation.

✈ Working with the AMOS system.

✈ Experience as a Sheet Metal Worker in aviation industry.

✈ Knowledge of materials used in aviation.

✈ Knowledge of technical drawings.

✈ Manual skills and precision, attention to detail.

✈ Knowledge of English (both written and oral).

✈ Willing to do shift work 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00.

✈ Self-motivation, to be able to work without direct supervision.
