Your mission will be:

Coordinate crew assignments for flights, ensuring compliance with regulations, qualifications, customer requests, and company guidelines.
Monitor crew schedules to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Resolving warnings regarding flight and duty time limits.
Contribute to the development of efficient procedures for Crew Planning.
Foster effective communication with all crew members.
Optimize the use of reserve and stand-by crew members for efficient operations.

⭐ Must-haves for success:

Fluent in written and spoken English.
“Can-do” attitude with an excellent communication skill.
Master the art of prioritization and coordination across different departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in the Aviation industry is an advantage.
Must be able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekends 24/365.
Eligibility to live and work within the EU.
