Romy’s passion for aviation started from young age and he became a helicopter pilot flying his own fleet extensively through the years, until he decided to combine his passion for aviation with his business experience and founded Airways Aviation Group in 2014 which expanded globally through several acquisitions and organic growth. His strategy of creating a multinational group dedicated to Aviation Ab Initio training, combined with a bespoke Airline Pilot Pathway Program, make him one of the industry leaders, invited to speak at international events promoting aviation training and education as well as women in aviation, of which he is a strong supporter.
