Dave Van Buynder

Captain Dave Van Buynder began his pilot career in 2000. Over the years, he has held various key positions within the training department at Brussels Airlines. Starting as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) in 2003, he advanced to Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) and Type Rating Examiner (TRE).

Beyond his training responsibilities, Dave has been actively involved in several projects, in the training department. Most recently, at the end of 2024, he started in the role of Nominated Person Crew Training.
