Caroline Creane is an Aviation Psychologist certified with the European Association for Aviation Psychology (EAAP) and a Senior Psychology Consultant at Symbiotics, a UK-based consultancy and expert provider of aviation selection and assessment services. She has a Masters in Occupational Psychology and is registered with the British Psychological Society as qualified in the application of psychometric tests for testing ability and personality, and has 10 years’ experience interviewing and assessing pilots on behalf of flight schools and airlines, as well as being involved in the design and delivery of a range of psychological assessments across the aviation industry. She is passionate about bringing together theory and practice to maximise pilot performance for individuals and organisations.
