European Aviation School of Barcelona (EAS Barcelona), is an AESA ATO (E-ATO-288) specialised in the formation and training of new commercial pilots, either through integrated or modular courses. We were the first ATO authorised in Spain to teach PBN and UPRT courses.
Strategically located in the centre of Barcelona, in the best communicated area of the city next to Barcelona-Sants Central Station, EAS Barcelona has fully equipped premises that include theory classrooms, rest areas, “glass cockpit” flight simulators for instrumental training (IR), as well a simulator Airbus A320, certified “enhanced”, which allows an extended MCC course of 40 hours, including the APS (Airline Pilot Standards).
Our flight base is situated in Sabadell Airport (LELL), a General Aviation airport very close to Barcelona city and Barcelona- El Prat International. Currently, our fleet is composed by single-engine Tecnam P2002, and twin-engine Tecnam P2006 with, an average, age of less than five years. Our fleet also includes two Cessna 150 Aerobat, dedicated exclusively to teaching the practical part of the UPRT course.
Currently, students from more than 30 countries all over the world are training as pilots at our facilities.
