Operations engineer in the area of ​​engine fuel components (m/f/diverse)

We support our colleagues in the workshops hands-on with engineering services and develop new, innovative repair processes in order to become even better. And we do it with enthusiasm! TASKS: Analyze, evaluate, standardize, optimize and document operational processes across departments and companies technically and economically, taking lean aspects into account
Plan, independently manage and take economic responsibility for internal change and optimization projects as well as bring together associated sub-projects (e.g. production system, logistics, infrastructure)
Coordinate and communicate technical issues between the interfaces (production, support areas, occupational safety, co-determination, customers, management).
Support and advise production management regarding occupational safety, environmental protection and associated regulations and guidelines

Completed university/technical college degree in engineering, alternatively successfully completed further training to become a master craftsman/technician
Good knowledge of business economics
Experience in managing complex projects as well as methodological expertise in project management
Ability to lead and motivate employees in project teams
Ability to structure complex work processes/issues
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
